A little about us.....

Our story starts in sunny Florida where we have spent most of our lives.  It’s beaches, attractions, night life, and multitude of activities will always have a place in our hearts.  However, it was missing something.  It was missing seasons, mountains, green forests, waterfalls, pristine rivers, and unbelievable scenery.   If you haven’t spent any time in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, you have certainly missed an experience that you won’t get anywhere else.    We came up here and absolutely fell in love.  We bought this property and built a wonderful log home.  We built it with the intention of living in both Florida and North Carolina, especially while we were maintaining our work careers down south.  We then decided to share our home with others when we weren’t using it. 

Our Mountain Hideaway cabin is perched on a beautiful scenic mountaintop located in Burnsville, North Carolina.  This three level cabin is approximately 2,300 square feet featuring a loft and deck that overlook picturesque valley views and on to another range of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Roan Highlands, and Black Mountains.
