Thank you for sharing your cabin, we had an awesome week exploring and enjoying the mountains. The cabin was very comforting and had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the cabin the spectacular views as well as this area.

Thank you for sharing your Cabin. We enjoyed the cozy cabin with all the amenities. Has amazing views and close to a quaint little town, Burnsville. Great location. We would consider returning to visit the area.

Thanks for a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin has all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the spaciousness of the cabin. We ziplined at Hawks Nest went to Grandfather Mountain, Mt Mitchell State park, Linville falls and various trails. The location is perfect, so serene and yet close to beautiful and fun places to explore.

We got back home today and absolutely hated to leave!!! The pictures do not do this cabin justice. It was truly a wonderful vacation for all of us. Our two teenagers never fought the whole week which is saying alot!! Made great family memories!! Thank you so much for sharing your home!!!

Never could get the central air to work and one bed was hard as a rock but everything thing else was awesome. The home is absolutely beautiful, warm and inviting. Very much accommodating. Didn't need anything except groceries for our week. We loved this place and found it hard to have to leave. Thanks for helping our vacation week to be a great one!

Dear Donna, We have never had Central A/C we only have window units as listed in our amenities. The mattress is brand new and firm. We do have Central heat because the winters are longer and much needed. Glad you had a great vacation

Had a wonderful time here at the cabin. Plenty to do from golfing at Grassy Creek to hiking Mt. Mitchell to fishing the Cane River. Shopping in Burnsville was great with lots of little unique stores to look around in. The cabin was wonderful and cozy, and the hot tub works wonders on tired bones after a long day. Cooking on the grill at night and shooting pool down stairs after. It is ever so quiet at night for a nice get away. Saw humming birds in the morning while drinking coffee on the porch. Man life is good here, and wish it would not end but alas have to go back to reality. It rained one night here and listening to the rain on the porch about put us in a coma it was so soothing, first time hearing the rain and didnt care it was, listening to it hit the leafs in the trees. The only draw back was the view from the porch was crowded with trees so you could not see all of the beautiful mountains it was hiding, but thats ok with all the other things you could do here.The owners where very helpful and karen the caretaker was very nice and accomondating to us Thank You so much from letting us stay here and would recommend it to anyone to stay!

We loved this cabin and all the amenities it had. The location is beautiful. The cabin has everything one could possibly need. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, watching the humming birds in the morning, and the short 10 minute walk down to fish the Cane river. We look forward to returning with friends.

My husband and I along with our friends enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. It has everything you can think of at your fingertips. It was very clean. The owners along with the property manager are wonderful. They answered all my questions completely and quickly. I would stay again at this home. Try the Hilltop restaurant. It was great for breakfast. Also, our dog (Maddie) had a great time. Thanks again.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful cabin. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the game room and had a blast in the river. Burnsville was a nice quiet town not too many tourist, we were able to walk around and see all the neat stores and restaurants. Dear Alina and Marty, My family and I had a wonderful week at your home earlier this month (July 2009). Our favorite spot was on the front porch, reading, listening to the sounds, and talking. My dog and I especially enjoyed our morning walks to and from the Cane(what a workout!). A trip to Grandfather Mountain and a tubing excursion on the Toe(thanks to Karen for directions) were highlights of our vacation - Burnsville is so conveniently located. The cabin is set up so well, especially the kitchen. Thanks for sharing your hideaway with us.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cabin. In the past we had always stayed at motels, but having the cabin was much more relaxing. We liked how the cabin was fully stocked with everything that we would need. You truly do think of everything! It snowed the first night that we were there. Being in the hot tub while it was snowing was really a different experience! Thank you again. God bless.
