Standard Rates

  • $180 / night (3 night minimum)
  • 5% discount for 7+ nights
  • 10% monthly discount

Holiday Rates

Rates and minimum stay requirements vary.

Minimum age for renter must be 25 years old.

Additional Info:

  • 50% of reservation total is required to hold your reservation dates.
  • Payment due in full 15 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations require 15 days notice to receive full refund.

Additional Fees:

  • Cleaning Fee:  $125
  • Pet Fees:  $75 single pet / $100 two pets.   Maximum of two pets.
  • State and County Lodging Taxes:  Are calculated at 10% of the total.
  • Payment may be made by check or credit card.
  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
  • We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • There is a 9.75% Yancey County tax on rental amounts only.
