Since I was in Yancey County on a job, my perspective is a bit different from your other guests. Spending 3 weeks in your cabin sure spoiled for hotels & motels. It was such a rare opportunity to get to hide on your mountain after a long day of work. The conveniences that you provide for your guests, the natural beauty of the cabin and the sweet smell of cedar made me anxious to get back "home" every day. Everyone talks about the view, nature, etc...my greatest joy was sitting in that great swing on the front deck and reading after enjoying a home-cooked meal (prepared by me, of course) after a tedious day in the field. Thank you for everything. I will recommend your cabin heartily and look forward to the opportunity to stay there again.
